Qualifying Dates

The City Clerk at City Hall, 620 E. Main Street, Haines City, Florida 33844, will accept qualifying Documents for City Commissioner from Tuesday, February 6, 2023 at 12:00 PM to Friday, February 10, 2023 at 12:00 PM noon.

 

The salary for a City Commissioner is $11,581 per year. The filing fee for a City Commissioner Candidate is $25 plus 1% of the annual salary ($115.81) for a total of $140.81.

Polling Locations

Your polling location may have changed for this election. The polling places for the 2023 Municipal Elections are hereby designated as: 

 

Precincts 302, 341, 408 & 407 | Oakland Neighborhood Center (Auditorium) – 915 Ave E, Haines City, FL 33844

 

Precincts 306, 405, 409, 413, & 414 | Haines City Community Center – 555 Ledwith Avenue, Haines City, FL 33844

 

The polls will open at the polling places at 7:00 AM EST and close at 7:00 PM EST on the specified day of the election.
