City Attorney

City Clerk’s Office
The office of the City Clerk is the information hub of the City of Haines City, and the City Clerk serves at the pleasure of the City Commission.

The Haines City Fire Department protects a community of approximately 25,000 residents living in an approximately 19.8 square-mile area within the City limits of Haines City.

The Haines City Police Department is responsible for enforcing the laws of the State of Florida and the Code of Ordinances of Haines City.

The Public Works Department is responsible for protecting the public’s health, welfare and safety by properly operating and maintaining the City’s infrastructure in an efficient manner while protecting our natural environment.

Technology Management Department
The Technology Management Department (TMD) provides technology consultation, purchasing, administration, and support for all departments within the City.

Utilities Department
The Utilities Department is responsible for protecting and safeguarding the public’s health, welfare and safety by properly operating and maintaining the City’s water and wastewater infrastructure in an efficient manner while protecting the City’s natural resources.
