Karate for Success

In Karate for Success, students will learn the ABC’s of Self Defense, but more importantly, the ABC’s of Life: Attitude, Behavior, and Character. This unique program will help protect students by teaching: The 911 System, Stranger Danger, Gang Avoidance, and Self Defense with the right attitude! Ages 5+ welcome! Sibling discounts are available! 

When: Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays | 5:45 p.m. – 7:45 p.m.
Where: Lake Eva Community Center
Who: Ages 5+
Cost: $50.00 Enrollment Fee (includes uniform)
         + $50.00 per month (sibling discounts available)
         + $10.00 (plus tax) annual Parks & Rec fee.
All interested participants will come view a class and speak with the instructor, Jose, before registering for a class.

Walking for Health & Fitness

Do your walking workout inside! The Oakland Gymnasium will be open from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Monday - Friday (except holidays) for this FREE walking program. All ages welcome.

Yoga

Class Fee: $10 per session

Participants must arrive 15 mins early for registration
