Chandra Hall brings to her position a well-established experience in human resources and organizational leadership.  Prior to joining Haines City, Hall served in public and private education for more than 30 years; 20 of those years in leadership performing Human Resources functions among many other related responsibilities. 

Her experience in various executive roles involved overseeing compliance, recruitment, hiring and engagement, certification, federal programs, investigations related to claims of discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and American Disability Association processes, as well as collaborating with multiple divisions such as legal, risk management and employee/labor relations.

Hall has a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, she completed doctoral studies in organizational leadership with a focus on Human Resource Development from Nova.  Hall is Society for Human Resource Management certified and holds certifications in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and the University of South Florida. Additionally, she holds a certification in Supplier Diversity from the Institute of Leadership at the University of Central Florida as well as a certification from the National Institute of School-Based Leaders. 

Hall serves on numerous civic boards including Polk State College’s President’s Advisory Board and Community Relations Advisory Board for the Polk County Board of County Commission. Hall also is an education committee member for the Northeast Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce. Hall is a past nominee of the Lakeland Girls’ Inc “She Knows Where She’s Going Award.”

Hall said she is passionate about people and developing organizational goals that will help Haines City achieve successful outcomes.
