The purpose of this 8-week program is to expose residents and business owners of Haines City to municipal government processes and familiarize them with our various departments and staff functions and provided services. Through this program, we hope to develop a community of knowledgeable individuals who will effectively lead their neighborhoods and strengthen the relationship between citizens and our City.
Classes start on Tuesday, September 17 and are held Tuesday evenings for 8 weeks from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Participants are expected to commit to at least six of the eight sessions to receive a Certificate of Completion.
