HAINES CITY, FL – On Tuesday, June 3, 2025, the City of Haines City officially appointed Isaac Jackson as Deputy Chief of Police for the Haines City Police Department.

Deputy Chief Jackson has been a dedicated member of the Haines City Police Department for approximately 18 years, steadily rising through the ranks from Police Officer to Corporal, Sergeant, and most recently, Lieutenant. His extensive experience, proven leadership, and commitment to public service are what has prepared him for this new role.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Bethune-Cookman College. He has further distinguished himself through the successful completion of the National Public Safety Innovation Academy at Polk State College, and the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy leadership series.

Demonstrating a continued commitment to professional development, Deputy Chief Jackson is also a Certified Public Manager through Florida State University and has completed both the Tri-City Leadership Course and the Bulletproof Leadership program.

His appointment marks an exciting chapter for the Haines City Police Department as it builds on a strong foundation and continues to advance its mission of public safety and service to the community.
