ISSUE:
A Constitutional Amendment Petition Form was created to allow the public to vote on every land use proposed planning or planned amendment.

The Florida Chamber of Commerce is taking a strong stance against this as it will have negative consequences for our state such as:

  • Halt much needed road and construction projects
  • Shut down commercial and residential developments
  • Postpone or even stop new schools
  • Artificially inflate housing costs
