June 8 - Beginning June 8 and running through August 31, Polk Museum of Art will have reduced hours for the summer. The summer hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm; closed Sundays, Mondays, and major holidays. The Museum will resume its normal operating hours on September 1, 2009. July 6 - 17 - Polk Museum of Art is currently taking enrollments for Summer Art Camp Session 3, which runs July 6 - 17. Children ages 5 - 13 can enroll for up to 3 classes per day, and classes include drawing, painting, sculpture, textiles, performance play, photography, and edible art. The cost per child, per class is $100 for Museum members and $115 for non-members. Discounts are given if a child takes more than one class.
