Utility Billing

The Utility Billing Division has resumed normal business operations.  

During the COVID19 Emergency Declaration, the City of Haines City did not charge any late fees or execute any service disconnects due to late payments. Late fees accessed prior to the Emergency Declaration were not annulled.

Program Functions

Utility Billing and Customer Service administers the City’s integrated utility billing and customer information system. The system performs monthly meter readings, billing and collection, and customer service support.

Yearly Productivity

This program produces monthly statements for approximately 13,000 accounts annually for water, wastewater, solid waste, and recycling collection services and performs approximately 158,000-meter readings per year.
